Horse Lighthouse Hiking Route

The hiking route to the Faro del Caballo on Mount Buciero, in Santoña, becomes a fascinating experience for lovers of nature and panoramic views. The path winds through lush forests and cliffs, offering stunning views of the Cantabrian Sea and the coast.
As you continue, you will come across the majestic figure of the Horse Lighthouse, located on a steep cliff. The hike can be challenging in places, but the visual reward and sense of accomplishment upon reaching the lighthouse make it totally worth it. In the middle of the route, there are 4 paths, that is where you have to go down more than 700 steps to see the Caballo lighthouse, and then you have to climb them.
